Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
• Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

• I currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
• Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact me at orders@sownoftheearth.com
• I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

I want you to absolutely love and cherish your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied and would like to make a return within 30 days of purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Initiate the Return

• Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Let me know your order number and reason for the return, and I would love to assist in getting you a refund or helping you with an exchange to find something you feel incredible in.

2. Receive a Prepaid Return Label

• Once your return is approved, I’ll send a prepaid return label to your email.
• Simply print the label, package your item securely, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
• *Shipping from original order will not be refunded & will be deducted from item refund, but return shipping for you to ship the item back to me will be on me.*

3. Processing Your Return

• Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I’ll process the refund, minus original shipping cost, within 3-5 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.

4. Exchanges

• For exchanges, please follow the same process. Let me know which item you’d like in exchange, and I’ll be happy to accommodate if the item is available!

Important Notes

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
